Sometimes you really don’t want to do a thing- but it’s about the obedience to God’s direction. No cap, (this means lie- I learned it from my kids ) I am an authentic introvert. I love to be at home, curl up with a good book, write speeches for other people, have thoughtful conversations with good friends (one on one), and go to bed by 9:45p.m. But my life said, “not so.”
Everyday I am pushed to use the butterflies in my stomach to create the program, write the book, talk to crowds of people, and share my thoughts openly. Why? Because I’ve decided my obedience to God is more important than my comfort zone.
